[ Act No. 3461, December 07, 1928 ]
AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF TEN THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF "RIZAL PARK" IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DAPITAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. The sum of ten thousand pesos is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated to be expended under the supervision of the Bureau of Public Works for the reconstruction of "Rizal Park" in the municipality of Dapitan, Province of Zamboanga.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved, December 7, 1928.
