AN ACT TO EXEMPT ALL CASES OF SUMMARY SETTLEMENT OF ESTATES OF DECEASED PERSONS AND GUARDIANSHIP PROCEEDINGS IN WHICH THE GROSS VALUE OF THE ESTATE INVOLVED DO NOT EXCEED THREE HUNDRED PESOS, FROM THE PAYMENT OF FILING FEES AND OTHER EXPENSES.
Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:
SECTION 1. All cases of summary settlement of estates of deceased persons and guardianship proceedings in which the gross value of the estate.involved do.not exceed three hundred pesos, shall be exempt from the payment of filing fees and other expenses.
Sec. 2. This Act shall take .effect on its approval.
