DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 03 FEBRUARY 2021, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BIÑAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Biñan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 03 February 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Biñan, Province of Laguna.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
