DECLARING THURSDAY, 18 MARCH 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF MASBATE
WHEREAS, on 18 March 2021, Thursday, the Province of Masbate will mark the celebration of its 120th Founding Anniversary; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Masbate be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine. social distancing and other public health measure.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERE, do hereby declare Thursday, 18 March 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Masbate.
