DECLARING THURSDAY, 05 DECEMBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA
WHEREAS, on 05 December 2024, Thursday, the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija, will mark the celebration of its 59th Foundation Day;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayanbe given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R, MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 05 December 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
