Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The 2^nd Mandaue-Mactan Bridge situated in the Province of Cebu is hereby named as the Marcelo B. Fernan Bridge.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
