Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

SECTION 1. Subsection (e) of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-nine hundred and twelve, entitled "An Act making appropriations for public works", is hereby amended by making item forty on page thirteen, under the heading "Cebu", read as follows:

"40. For the Tubod Elementary School, Badian ................ P2,000.00."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
