AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE PROVINCIAL BOARD OF TAYABAS, WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL, TO TAKE FROM THE FUNDS RECEIVED BY THE PROVINCE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-TWO HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-THREE AND NOT YET DISTRIBUTED, THE SUM OF THREE THOUSAND PESOS, FOR DISTRIBUTION AS RELIEF, IN SUCH FORM AS IT MAY DEEM ADVISABLE, FOR THE INDIGENT INHABITANTS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALER, PROVINCE OF TAYABAS, AFFECTED BY THE TYPHOON OF SEPTEMBER SEVENTEENTH, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND TWENTY-SEVEN.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

SECTION 1. With the approval of the Governor-General, the Provincial Board of Tayabas is hereby authorized to take from the funds received by said province under the provisions of Act Numbered Thirty-two hundred and seventy-three and not yet distributed, the sum of three thousand pesos, and distribute the same as relief in such form oon as it may deem advisable to the indigent inhabitants of the municipality of Baler affected by the typhoon of September seventeenth, nineteen hundred and twenty-seven.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
