AN ACT TO AMEND THE LAST ITEM OF THE SUBHEADING "V鈥擲UMMARY" OF THE APPROPRIATION FOR THE NATIONAL LIBRARY MADE IN COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED TWO HUNDRED AND FORTY-FIVE SO AS TO MAKE THE PHRASE "LESS鈥擣ORCE SAVINGS, FROM SALARIES AND WAGES" TO READ "LESS鈥擣ORCED SAVINGS."
Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:
SECTION 1. The phrase "Less鈥攆orced savings from salaries and wages" appearing under subheading "V鈥擲ummary" of the appropriation for the National Library as provided in Commonwealth Act Numbered Two hundred and forty-five is hereby amended to read "Less鈥攆orced savings."
Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect as of January first, nine-teen hundred and thirty-eight.
