AN ACT GRANTING THE "COTABATO LIGHT AND POWER COMPANY, INC" AN EXTENSION OF THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE APPROVAL OF THIS ACT TO ACCEPT THE FRANCHISE GRANTED THERETO BY COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN.
Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:
SECTION. 1. The "Cotabato Light and Power Company, Inc." is granted an extension of thirty days after the approval of this Act to accept the franchise granted thereto by Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred eighty-seven.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval,
