By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, Manuel Roxas, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Executive Order No. 4, dated July 11, 1936, entitled 鈥淔ixing the salaries and allowances of officers and enlisted men of the Philippines Army,鈥� so as to include therein the salaries and allowances of officers and enlisted men of the Philippine Army Band, as follows:
