WHEREAS, on Friday, 3 February 2017, the City of Bi帽an, Laguna marks the celebration of its 72^nd Liberation Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Binan, Laguna, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 3 February 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Bi帽an, Province of Laguna.
