WHEREAS, the City of San Pablo marks the celebration of its 78th Charter Anniversary on Monday, 07 May 2018; and

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 07 May 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo
