Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by the law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Magdug Elementary School, under the administration of the Department of Education, a certain parcel of land of the public domain containing an area of FIFTY SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SIXTY (57,260) SQUARE METERS, more or less, situated in Barangay Magdug, Municipality of Gov. Generoso, Province of Davao Oriental, Island of Mindanao; subject to private rights if any there be, which parcel of land is now particularly described as follows:

Bounded of the Northeast, along line 4-5 by Lot 2544; on the East along line 5-6 by Lot 2689; along line 6-7 by Lot 2688; along line 7-8 by Road; along line 8-9 by Lot 2767; on the Southeast, along line 9-1 by Lot 2560; on the Southwest, along line 1-2 by Lot 2507; and on the West along lines 2-3-4 by lot 2531, all of Cad-600, Case 12.

Beginning from point marked "1" on plan, being S. 11 deg. 27' E., 13,365.81 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad-600, thence:

Corners 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5 are marked on the ground by "Old PS" and the rest of "B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15x60 cm. Bearings True: Date of Survey, January 1, 1980 to November 11, 1981 duly executed by Geodetic Engineer Gustavo C. Cuerpo and approved on May 30, 1983.

The tract of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable until again declared alienable through Proclamation by the President.
