WHEREAS, on 03 February 2020, Monday, the City of Bi帽an, Province of Laguna, will mark the celebration of its 75 th Liberation Day; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bi帽an be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 03 February 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bi帽an, Province of Laguna.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
