WHEREAS, on 31 March 2020, Tuesday, the City of Panabo, Province of Davao del Norte, will mark the celebration of its 19 th Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Panabo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 31 March 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Panabo, Province of Davao del Norte.
