DECLARING THURSDAY, 11 MAY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF APARRI, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN



WHEREAS, on 11 May 2023, Thursday, the Municipality of Aparri, Province of Cagayan will mark the celebration of its 343rd Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Aparri be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,    do hereby declare Thursday, 11 May 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Aparri, Province of Cagayan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
