DECLARING SATURDAY, 09 SEPTEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAIS, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL



WHEREAS, on 09 September 2023, Saturday, the City of Bais, Province of Negros Oriental, will mark the celebration of its 55th Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bais be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, , LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R,. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 09 September 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bais.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
