DECLARING SATURDAY, 03 FEBRUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BI脩AN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA



WHEREAS, on 03 February 2024, Saturday, the City of Bi帽an, Province of Laguna will mark the celebration of its 79th Liberation Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bi帽an be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 03 February 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bi帽an.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
