Members	-	Representative from the Office of the Executive Secretary
	-	Head, Human Resource Management Office
	-	Head, Legal Office
	-	Head, Finance Office
	-	Head, Technical Services Offices
	-	Representative for 3^rd Level Positions to be assigned by the Executive Secretary
	-	Representative for 2^nd Level Positions
	-	Alternate Representative for 2^nd Level Positions
	-	Representative for 1^st Level Positions
	-	Alternate Representative for 1^st Level Positions

The Human Resource Management Office shall provide secretariat and administrative support to the Committee.
